I was retrenched by Standard Bank and I had to make a Claim with Alexandra Forbs, everything went well up until they have to make a payment. I was informed via sms that the payment was rejected due to some verifications and when I phoned I spoke to Jabu who advised me that I have to fax a copy of my ID and Bank Statement which I did and she confirmed on 17/07 /2013 that she did receive the documents and she is forwarding them to admin. I have been using my airtime almost every day to phoning the call center for feedback. They all promise to escalate the matter to Luciano Dorkin whom I was informed that he is a manager Tebogo Sebogodi who has been very helpful sent an email on the 24/07/2013 to Luciano and I have sent emails to him too and I never received any feedback. On 30/July/2013 I speak to Luciano who said this was supposed to be sorted out within 3 days after they have received the documents and promised that the payment will be done at 11:00 am same day 30th July to day is 31st Jul and still no money. I expected a manager to Lead by example. How many clients out there who are experiencing this painful kind of Customer service.
