Phoned African Independent to update my car insurance policy and spoke to Zelda, she was so wonderful and very welcoming. She reduced my premium and excess, explaining everything. She loves her work and it showed in the way she treated me. She sent me my new updated policy via email while we were still on the phone. Brilliant Zelda, well-done. Now this is a company I like dealing with.
