6th March 2013 Final Divorce Order submitted to Mr Graydon with various other documents as requested to lodge against a divorce claim which he and Mr Archie Rudman advised all documentation iwere in order and submitted to divorce claims department after weekly followups and being transferred from pillar to post my ex husband receives an email stating that the claim is invalid due to information missing on divorce order.
I am now having to go back to my attorney after 3 weeks at my costs to arrange for amendments. I was informed that the payout takes 5 to 15days and days before it is an issue. I am unemployed and 8 months into my pregnancy with a 17yr old to support facing eviction due to incompetency.
I have sent numerous emails to Mr Graydon and left voicemail messages as a matter of urgency with no response. I find the treatment that I've received unfair and upsetting to say the least.
