I have been requesting a settlement letter for a week now and every time I call I get transferred to all departments and get promised that they will send it to me but no luck. They make you hold on forever and keep telling me that they sent it but I have not received anything as yet. It is a bit frustrating when you are loyally paying your account every single month without fail but cannot get help when you need.
