My complaints are complex. In a nutshell, (a) unlawful transactions on my credit card for which the bank refuses to give me proof, (b) negative credit bureau records as a result, (c) Firstcard withdrawing money from my child's maintenance in my FNB current account on 3 occasions - contravenes the Maintenance Act, (d) refusal to address R90 000 withdrawn from my home loan, (e) refusal to provide me with full transaction history copy of transaction mandate on my bond account, (f) refusal to protect my rights as owner of my property registered jointly in my and ex-husband's name, (g) cancellation of my bond and sale of my property without my signature despite numerous letters to bank explaining non-compliance of sale with sole mandate, court order, and moreover, despite a pending application in the High Court. (h) proceeds of sale of property paid to ex-husband's attorney and him against my requests and which I have never received my share, (I) resultant eviction from my own property based on unlawful sale and submission that I would receive the proceeds of the sale with which to find alternate accommodation for myself and children.
