I have had it!!!

I was involved in a an accident on 25 Feb. I reported to dial direct at the scene of the accident. My claim was only authorised on 19 March. Dial Direct PICKED a panel beater to do the repairs on my car (Silverstar or something). The feedback I get on the progress on my car is inconsistent at best. Last week I got a call from Eunice from Telesure and she advised me that she would no longer be calling me with status reports (not that she had been up to that point) and the Panel Beater would be calling me directly to advise on progress) The panel beaters told me that my car was at the painting department and that they would call me back on Tuesday 14 May. They didn't. I called them back today and I was on hold forever before I could speak to Leonie who told me that my car was STILL at the paint department. Its not a 747, what is taking so long?? I am a DIAL DIRECT client and I am very unhappy that I should now be the one chasing after THEIR partners struggling to get my car fixed. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH, CLEARLY MY R1000 A MONTH DOES NOT MAKE ME SPECIAL. time to find a new insurance company and spread the word on twitter and facebook.
