I am not happy with the service i received from atlas since the beginning of this month, They double debited my account with an amount of R1487.97 and R1435.56 respectively. The correct amount that was suppose to be debited was only R1435.56 but then i am suprise why they double debited my account. I did speak to my branch and they sent a refund request of which it was approved according to them. I called in the customer care and spoke to nomcebo and she told me that amount of 1487.97 will be paid to my capitec account after 20:00 yesterday of which it never happened, Today Morning i called the customer service again and spoke to Julius who was not helpful at all, he is incompetent the only thing he was worried is to get me off the call. Can someone assist me with my refund because i need that money by 12:00 midday today (04.02.2014). R1487.97 is lot of money, i cannot let it go just like that. I am not blaming my branch because they sent a refund request but the refunds team did not pay me back. Can someone action this ASAP
