These idoits double debited me and they are going in circles with my refund. Im lodging a complain with NCR and Credit Ombudsman. Very unproffessional service because no one is giving me a valid reason y they debited me on the 4th December, when they had debited me on the 23rd November. It is ok when atlas bridges the contract, by an issue when I the customer is not loyal in payment. Do we really have to go to speak out so that you can help? I am tired of atlas and will advise people not to go there. I have wasted so much airtime trying to recover money that is mine. Who pays for these irresponsible debit orders these fools are making? Me.
