Good day

Oneplan double Debited my account on the 24th of June 2013, with the amount of R 1 296.00 and on the 26th I called and spoke to 'Avasha Ramdhuni' who sent me the Letter of undertaking to complete and send back to her so she can process that amount back into by bank account.

I asked her on the email to let me know how long will it take, or when does she think it will be paid, she hasnt responded to my 2 emails, I have been phoning since this Monday the 01st of July 2013, and everytime i speak to a different Customer Care consultant, which are not helpfull at all with bad attitudes and a very unfrindly tone.

Today the 05th of July 2013, I phone about 4 times and still nothing shows on their system about my reund, and when i phoned on Monday the lady i spoke to whom i didnt get her name confirmed on the phone that I will get my money today and confirmed my banking details, when i phoned today to confrm if all is in order, nothing still shows on their system about my refund,

My premiun is R 1 296.00 and if anyone double debit that amount (Which is R 2 592.00 that they debited, its a lot of money for someone like me, who gets paid once a month,

please help me.
