I added and additional item on my cover which is mi movables and the commencement date was the 1/07/2013. However my account was debited on the 26/06/13 for an amount of R123.00 incorrectly. I called Miway and spoke to Selina who confirmed that they incorrectly debited me for that amount, she will process a refund and it will take 72 hours to be done. It's been five days and i still haven't received those funds. I call in today and i was advised that the refund was only processed yesterday 05/07/2013. This is unacceptable cause i requested the refund on the 27/06/2013 why was the request only sent on the 05/07/13?? I've never seen such incompetence in my life!!! This is totally unacceptable and i want the funds to be in my account by close of business today.
