Atlas debited my Capitec savings account for R620.00 on 27/09/2013 and R688.27 on 30/09/2013 for what i and how they got my savings account number i dont know because i took a loan with them about 3 months ago and i have been paying my instalments on time and i have never missed even a single instalment. I called them and a got a rude consultant by the name of Lillian who put the phone down on my ear, i went to their branch today no one could assist me including their manager who promised to give me a call since from yesterday 10h00 in the morning. This is not the 1st time atlas has inconvenienced me and this is starting to me off. I CURSE THE DAY I TOOK A LOAN WITH ATLAS.
