Please be advised that I have gone into the branch at 13:00 yesterday 03/02/2014 to update my email address on my online banking
I was told that I needed to reset my password (which I did) and that it will be set up in an hour
My new email address is [Email Removed] and not [Email Removed]
I will not be going in to the branch again as I waited for 2 hours to sort this problem out. I need to make payments from my online banking and now I am unable to do so.
