NO SERVICE!

I have been trying to get my 1time ticket refund now since November last year! First cardholder statement was lost... second one faxed from standerd bank pickering street, still withno response.

Phoned again last week... no response.
Phoned again today... was put on hold, can hear people chatting in the back but nobody on the line.

WHAT THE ARE YOU DOING ALL DAY!!!
