1time airline ticket refund

As a Discovery Card client I completed a letter of dispute form to obtain the refund for the 1time airline ticket which I had purchased. The form was completed and faxed on the 5 November 2012. I followed up with the FNB department on the 7 November 2012 only to be told they did not receive the documents so I refaxed same. I spoke to Jennifer who ensured me that it will take approximately 21 days for the refund process to be completed. I sent an email to one FNB employee for feedback on my refund only to find out he had left the company. I enquired telephonically in February 2013 and the gentleman that took my call ensured me that he would provide me with feedback. He only called to advise me that he escalated the matter and he was waiting for feedback. I sent him another email to enquire whether he received feedback but to date I have yet to receive any form of explanation. They all tell you that your query has been escalated. I demand that I receive my refund NOW.
