STANDARD BANK REFUSES TO RELEASE SAVINGS

My home loan with Standard Bank was approved in July 2013. I immediately applied for an Access Bond and it was approved. I transferred 150k into the access bond in September 2013. However, in the meantime, my bond repayment did not go through, since DYASON attorneys supplied the bank with a wrong account number. This meant reversals, which led to a stop on the access bond. I have to pay for renovations done, and cannot access the money I transferred. I was very arrogantly told by Roxanne Hyde, through home loans call centre agent Lenasia, that transferring money into an access bond is no guarantee that you will be able to transfer it back, and that an access bond is not a savings account. I was offered a RCP, and other loan options, but ALL I WANT IS MY SAVINGS BACK!! How is it possible that a call centre agent can tell you there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO? I am SO tired of explaining, I have already made countless calls to the very UNHELPFUL call centre staff, I have been in the branch, where I was assisted to apply for a readvance, which was declined. I DO NOT WANT A LOAN, I JUST WANT MY SAVINGS. PLEASE ASSIST ME, I AM AT MY WITS END.
