I submitted all form on 17 december. Got email confirming received and that they would be in contact. No one contacted me I then followed up middle january. To be told to submit addividat that I am unemployed on the 1st feb which I did. Today I follow up just to hear I must wait another month for a possible payout once assesed. I took out the policy should this ever happen! I am sitting without a income and bills to pay.very dissapointed in service.no income for jan and now to wait for 1st march.urgently need assistance as I dnt no what to do! I have. Laid a complaint in writing and nothing has happened
