I had a tree removed where absa just left all the leaves and cut logs on my property. They did not even remove the huge ones that can't be lifted. Now another tree has made another wall fall over and they are not coming back to me. The assessor was here almost 3 weeks ago. I phone every day and hold on for almost 15 mins b4 I get cut off. Today I was given a managers nr at absa insurance but she also does not answer and now when I tried again the phone has been taken off the hook. Iv never struggled to get hold of anyone like this and it's the 2nd time I'm complaining to hello peter. I have another ref nr for another claim but also can't get hold of anyone!!!
