Attempted to log an insurance claim since Dec 2012

I have left emails on ABSA's website asking for assistance with this, no response.
I've called and left messages on the insurance line 0860100876 with all my details, no response.
So I have a leak in my shower wall, which has now been running since this time, imagine if I had a serious claim i.e. a tree fell on my house...
