DONT BANK WITH ABSA

I put a claim in on my bond insurance three weeks ago, for my electronic gates and intercom. I have already had a company quote on repairing the damage last week. It is now Wednesday, and I have not heard a word form ABSA. I have to get out of my car at 22h00 alone, and open my gates manually. This is not enjoyable for me, as well as putting my saftey at risk.

I have tried to get hold of Natasha Chetty - does not answer her phone.. Elsabe Jacobs... is permantely engaged. Carike van Dyk... does not answer her phone.

Maybe Hello Peter could get SOMEONE at ABSA to give me an answer.
