Impossible to get hold of

Claim # 2471660. I have been trying to get hold of someone at the Pretoria branch that deals with my homeowners insurance claim for more than 2 weeks now. Every time I call the 0860302011 number I hold for more than 20 minutes and no one answers. I have phoned head office numerous times already about this problem, every time they say they will leave a message for someone to phone back. Once Lettie did phone back but I missed her call and she didn't leave a direct number for her so I was unable to get hold of her again. The other times no one has responded. Eventually head office gave me the number of the branch manager, Steven, 0115018602, which I have phoned numerous times but there is no answer. It is so frustrating to have to try a hundred times to get through, there is no answer and head office just refers me back to the same number. I thought Absa was a professional company. It seems I am dealing with a bunch of incompetent amatuers. I want someone to phone me immediately to tell me how absa plans to compensate me for the damages caused to my property from the boundary wall falling down and the contractors' repair work on claim 2471660.
