How many times must I VISIT THE BRANCH. Bearing in mind this was an on-line application. I was in the branch on Friday to deliver documents that had to be faxed in respect of Our Home Loan. Called on Saturday and spoke to a consultant who confirmed all was in order and everything will go through in 24 hours. I spoke to Benjamin this morning and they need documents again and another trip to the bank the documents cannot be faxed or e-mailed through.
I am annoyed and angry because STANDARD BANK THINKS THAT I HAVE TIME TO WASTE.
Why is there no list telling the client what must be handed in?
I MUST TAKE OFF FROM WORK AGAIN, AT WHOSE EXPENSE
