I was sent numerous messages and even received a call that my FNB card would be delivered on Saturday 1st February, however no one showed and no one bothered to let me know what the is happening. I am extremely upset as I have been inconvenienced tremedously by this as I have cancel other appointments and lost out on a spa appointment as I decided to wait on a card that had not been delivered. Things are definitely not off to a good start and I am serious reconsidering my decision of moving over. I would like someone to call me and let me know when exactly my card/s will be delivered as it is way out of SLA as well.
