I received an sms from CCD on 7 February saying that they were in receipt of my new FNB Card and would be in contact regarding delivery. I eventually phoned them on Wednesday 13 February to ask where it was and was told it would be delivered today 25 February. I have just been told by their call centre that the card can only be delivered on Wednesday 27 February as they are not in receipt of the card.
If they are not in receipt of the card then why send me an sms to say that they were in possession of same. And if the card is in the system and they don't have it, WHERE IS IT?
This is a bank card!
