Waste of time!!!

Please note that It has taken me 2 days to try to get my new account card from the game branch in the Golden Acre Cape Town. The day before yesterday I wasted my entire lunch hour waiting while calls to RCS was placed back and forth, Yesterday I wasted another lunch hour waiting for the card, only this time the copy of my ID was instructed to be sent to two other fax numbers, I left yet again without my new card and obviously this means I have to go back today yet again. I don't know if RCS thinks that I have all the time in the world to be walking back and forth, standing around waiting for RCS to get its act in order. The reason why I don't have a card today is because purchases was allowed to be made on my account without my consent and without being notified by the relevant people including RCS. Now it's become my problem to get my card back, as well as a serious inconvenience to me as I have to walk all the way there and back. I was simply instructed to take my ID to a store and get a new card, only to be asked there whether I brought proof that the dispute was finalized but once again RCS has failed to provide basic service.
