Had an issue with my game card. Waited at Game grand central for 2 hours trying to sort out my card. eventually issued with a new card. I have not used this card for 2 months also taking into consideration that i always pay more than my instalment. on the 26th Jan went to Canalwalk Game and after ringing up my purchases was told that my card was not working. THIS IS A NEW CARD AND WAS NEVER SWIPED. how could there be an issue with the card. Then to top it off the woman that was responsible for the RCS cards was not available. Myself and my wife and child stood waiting at the till for more than 30min waiting on Shevon from the RCS group. At this time another shopper was also waiting on Shevon. Firstly i dont understand what the issue is with this card and i would appreciate this issue sorted immediately. I am not willing to stand in and what and waste my afternoon for your peoples messed up system. Another thing is please sort your staff out as its totally unacceptable that you keep patrons waiting on your staff when they walking arond in the mall at Deon WIred apparently.
