I felt like I'm joining a different insurance!!!

I am an existing client with MIWay. I called in a few days to make changes in my policy and ask that they quote me on a Toyota Yaris which I should be buying from a dealership and I will be trading in my Peugout which was the one currently insured. The lady that I spoke to was very nice and she assured me that they'll insure the Yaris and that even though Im removing the Peugout, because I've been a loyal customer for 3 years I'll be getting MiWay rewards in May this year. And that I qualify for a review. The dealership called me and told me my car is ready and I can come collect it. They showed me my car, which is the Yaris and they ask for confirmation from my insurance. Which means they cancelled the Peugout and said I'm accepting my new car. Whilst I'm waiting for paperwork to sign, they tell me the bank cancelled the contract for finance and that unfortunately I can't take the Yaris anymore. So immediately when I leave the dealership I called MiWay to say PLEASE cancel insurance on the Yaris and re-insure The Peugout. But the the lady I spoke to was unfriendly, treated me like I'm a 1st time customer and she gave me a higher premium than I was paying before.
