A few months back a woman drove into the back of my car at a traffic light, trying to claim from her insurance was a nightmare, and it was unfortunate that I had to claim through my own insurance being Outsurance and loose my no claims bonus and have to pay the excess for my vehicle to be repaired.
My Claim through Outsurance was a hassle free exercise and was well impressed on how quick and efficiently it was handled, I then received a call form the Conraad advising that he was going to try claiming back the excess from the 3rd party's insurance and he required some info from me, I supplied all the info thinking that there is a slim chance of ever getting the money back, well to my surprise Conraad called me today advising that they managed to recover the excess and that it will be paid to me today.
Conraad your perseverance is outstanding, the service I received from you was phenomenal, constant feedback and updating me. thank you so much for all your assistance!
