Third Party Claim for Excess Claim Number 96500495

Hi

My wife was involved in an accident in April as a result of negligent third party driver. After the incident i immediately processed a claim to get my vehicle fixed as soon as possible.

Once the Vehicle was fixed i had to pay an excess of R1000 which i should not have paid but Outsurance insured me they would get the money from the 3rd party who was responsible for the inccident.

it has been 5 months now and not only have i not received a cent back but the claim somehow got closed. it then had to be re opened and still no feed back from anyone at the lega team with the outcome of claim.

This is the worst service i have received from an insurance company to date

NB: Outsurance received all the details of the incident, there were witnesses to the event and everything was in order. I cannot believe that it takes 5 months to get a third party (Trucking company) to pay out R1000
