I was involved in an automobile accident on the 19th July 2012 that was caused by the other party in a Europcar rental vehicle. It was completely the other party's fault as he did not obey the road rules. He signed on my accident report (with police present) that my account of the incident is correct and that it was his fault. IBuyEco paid out my claim for vehicle repairs without any problem. Their legal department then dealt with the third party's insurer to try and recover my excess payement. But then later the rental car agency's insurer (Virgin) gave them the run around and said it was my word against his as there were no independent witnesses (even though the accident report was clear). It's been a long time (7 months) but finally got the call that my the amount of my excess will be paid into my account as soon as payment has been authorized and processed.
