I had an accident last year, a gentleman collided into my car. My claim was registered with Miway, however I had a problem with the person who collided into my car, as he was quite a difficult person, refusing to register his claim despite being insured with Miway as well as he felt this would affect his no claims bonus. In the end it was a very frustrating process of me trying to recover my excess as I was basically not in the wrong. After numerous phone calls to Miway, I eventually spoke to Kurayi who was extremely prompt and called me back whenever she promised she would, I was also impressed by the fact that it took her a very short time to convince the other party to register a claim so I could recover my excess. Thanks a lot to Kurai, for that I will be staying on with Miway for a long time to come.
