I bought my new vehicle from Honda Bedfordview in September 2012. I was sold a Cosmetic Plan with AutoArmor to protect my car from minor damages. At no stage was I informed that claims are only limited toR2, 500.00 per claim. I contacted Nancy in February and again in March to inform her about the minor damages. The minor damages around the car of which there are 4 incidents ranging from a stone dent on the bonnet, scratches on the grill due to stone damage, a small paint repair required for the back bumper and a small scratch on the side of the vehicle. The total assessment for the minor damages I've been informed by Ben at Auto Armor amounts to R8, 000.00. Therefore, Auto Armor SA has repudiated the claims and will only re-instate the policy if I repair the vehicle at my own cost. Can you believe it, I now have to fork outR8, 000,
According to Ben from Auto Armor SA, Auto Armor SA is not responsible for their 3rd parties selling their products. I should have been informed about the policy limitation of R2, 500 when I took out the policy.
In conclusion, I will never, never, ever, do business with Auto Armor SA or any of their affiliates again. "BE WARNED"
