Affordability Calculation

I've contacted Capitec with regards to my loan payments and explained that I am in finacial destress due to circumstances regarding 2 deaths in my family. My payments are rather high R4431.00 and instead of not paying, I tried to make special payment arrangements. On my e-mail I was advised to phone the cal centre. The call centre advised me to go to the branch. I took the afternoon off, just to be advised by another consultant that I needed to bring in my payslip stamped, my id and 3 months banks statemens which cost me money. I tried to negotiated a longer term. My current term is 50 months and the orginal on 66 and for this loan amount Capitec is advertising 84 months. However the system declined. The consultant then phone to find out about special arrangements and she was advised to capture all my debt as if I was applying for more money. Of cause I will be declined for affordability, that is why I'm asking for assistance because I'm unable to afford all my payments? What must I do Capitec are unwilling to help me, I do not want to run away from my responsibility I merely want to afford keep on paying my loan with out skipping, or going in arrears.
