SETTLEMENT DONE IN ERROR

Good day
I had applied for a consolidation account with netbank, of which due to the installment being to high and the term being to long, I requested for the loan to be cancelled, but the loan was then approved and then paid out to fnb, without me being advised the accounts were settle. I have spoken to Clayton Plaatjies from Nedbank pls dept to have the funds reversed and was advised that I would need to speak to fnb, I called them to advise them of the matter and to refund but are not willing to pay the funds back, I have also advised fnb of whom I spoke to Nthabiseng Mofokeng in a call centre 0860 102 631 and both nedbank about the fact I will not be abler to repay back the installment of R4200 verses the repayment of R3000. with FNB.
