African Bank

I went to African Bank Bramley Branch to apply for a loan, the consultant that assisted me was Johannes. I advised him on the amount i needed and how much i can afford to payback against the loan as well i asked him if it would be possible to consolidate all my loans which he later advised me that it wouldnt be possible. He gave me an offer of R5000.00 against one of my existing loans and advised me that my current instalment will ONLY go up by R78.00 which i was very happy about. Then came my debit order date, i was debited an extra R550.00 in my account which i wasnt advised about.

After viewing my Statement i immediately phoned the Branch wanting to understand what had gone wrong, i spoke to the Manager who advised me to call back as Johannes was out of office, i phoned back and advised Johannes about what had happened he the told me that he also did not understand but would do a follow up which he did but still had no answers for me and advised me to call the call centre which i did and was directed to the ledgal office where i soke to a lady Bonolo who told me i would get a call back in 3 days, its going for 2 weeks now? please assist as i can not afford that extra amount
