Hi
I have recently purchased a car financed by FNB, I had requested insurance and the broker who I was referred to (by Hyundai) had debited money off my FNB account without my authorisation. They admitted this (i have the proof) but would not refund the money but asked me to go into my bank and return the debit. I e-mailed FNB (info@fnb) I was advised I can go into the bank and return the debit order immediately. At no point did they say I had a time period. When I went into bank the consultant advised me I could not return the debit order as per the manager. The manager did not even have the courtesy to come out and see me or request the proof
I am very disappointed and if this is not sorted out will be closing my account. If you will lose a client over R550 well then..

Good Day Anben
Thank you for your email.
As per your request the time period will be immediately once you have visited The Branch for debit order reversal
