Policy cancellation

On the 10th of January 2014 I called Miway and was transferred to a senior consultant called Nomsa. She was suppose to cancel my insurance for the car - she told me that since we are contracted to give Miway 30 days notice, a pro-rata amount will be debited on the 25th to cover my car until 10th Feb 2014. Well... on the 25th, my entire premium was debited from my account! When i called in today, i was told that the cancellation was NEVER recorded on their system and that records show that the last time they spoke to me was in Sep 2013??? Now because of this agents stupid mistake, I have to wait 72 hours (maximum - I HOPE) to get refunded my money! I am very glad that I cancelled my policy!

Thanks to Ricardo Z for helping fix this mess today. I just hope I don't have to call you back after 72 hours:)
