We placed our order in December 2013 for 2 awnings. We were promised these goods by 20th December 2013. Then there was an excuse for the delivery and we were told that they re-open on 8 January 2014 and we would have our goods within 3 days of them opening. We were then told hat we would received the goods on 27th january 2014 and after complaining we were promised delivery on 20th January 2014. I have been calling all day to find out if the awnings will be delivered today and to give me the cartage company's name and the waybill number so that I can follow up directly with them. I have just called again and told once again the Frederik is trying to find out fro Mike (the boss) all the details with regards to our delivery. STILL NO REPLY. I have been told 4 times today that they will get back to me. I have just called again to the head office in Cape Town and I was told that Percy had just left the office and that Alvin would call me back the moment he came back from the store room. This service is absolutely shocking. The service is terrible. All I can say is thank goodness they are not also installing them because they probably would have an excuse for that not to happen.
