I requested a settlement amount on Monday 27 January 2014, still nothing. I wanted to settle this card already! I called again today and after speaking to 4 consultants i was put through to one who sent through the request for a settlement letter to the accounts department AGAIN??? this was done on monday and i still haven't received anything now i must wait till Monday? I have a card and a loan with RCS and i want to settle both... If only the settlement letter and service was as efficient as getting the loan!
