On the 5th of September I requested a settlement letter. Till now... still have not received anything!!! My settlement amount will change after tomorrow and I will not pay more than I enquired about... I need to pay this loan before the debit order goes of end of the month and only have enough to pay what has been given per telefonic conversation. I have complained on Facebook on their page and was told someone will phone me today... nobody phoned... they were fast to give a loan but the settlement department has no clue what the are doing!!! I want the letter with the amount that was given on the 5th... I will not pay more because they can't do their job!!!
