Student Loan - Bad Response

Applied for a student loan of R60 000, beginning of October 2013, person who assist us was Alex Masilela. He suggested that we increase the amount of the loan. He confirmed that the loan was granted and we just await the acceptance documentation, to sign. Financially we were good. Alex left Middelburg branch and our application disappeared. Today after literally dozens of phone calls we got a "student" loan of plus minus R19 000, documentation addressed to the "Director". If my wife phone, Betty just put down the phone in the Middle of the conversation. Spoke to Jaco, the app will be re submitted for the higher amount. Betty confirm that Jaco does not know what he is talking about. Betty just did "nothing" about the app. Yolande Mollig wants to know in the background of the telephone conversation with Jaco, what do we want to do with so much money in anyway.
