Don't bother returning call now too late!!!

On Monday, 27 January I called FNB card centre to order a debit card for our business. They told me to call my branch. My branch told me the people to order the card were unavailable and leave my number. Which I did. After not hearing from them I called them today and was put through to the department and noone answered and the call was just cut off. I called the card department again and finally managed to order my card but now it will only be ready in 3 - 5 working days. I leave one Wednesday to Natal and needed the card before then, if they had bothered doing their jobs on Monday I would have it in time.
