I needed a few things done that required going into the branch - went in, ordered bank statements - all good... I requested a cheque card for my business Trust account, the person at enquiries advised that I should call card division and took me to a phone in the branch. Called the number, I held on for a few minutes and decided that I can leave as I can call from anywhere to order. Today I called and got through, the consultant advised that I can only order it from a branch. I cant understand as I was at the branch and don't have the time to go in again for what could have been resolved.
