FNB Richards Bay Service Pathetic

I recently called the FNB call centre and upgraded my Cheque account. I was told my card would be hand delivered to me in 5-7 working days; 7 Working days later I still hadn't received my card nor any contact from FNB. I contacted the call centre and was told that the lady that handled my upgrade did not order my new card. I asked to be put through to that lady and she did apologise for forgetting to order my Cheque card and re-ordered it; which was to be delivered to FNB Richards Bay main branch (Also 5-7 working days later) 7 working days later I hadn't received any feedback whether my card had arrived, so I contacted the call centre again on Monday 2 September and was told that my card had already been delivered on Tuesday 27 August 2013 to FNB Richards Bay main branch. That same day I went to FNB and collected my card. When I asked why wasn't I contacted to collect my new card I was told that my preferred method of communication was via email and that I should check my email's junk folder for the message saying that my card was delivered. I checked my junk folder and there was no emails at all in it. I'm really disgusted with there service. Especially at the main branch!
