Aproved but declined

Hi

I did a quote at your call center wrt to a loan. The agent said that I will will qualify up to 85k.

I requested a quote for 20k and was told to go to branch with my fica details.

I went and submitted all the details and was told I will get response etc..

Today I received a decline sms.

Whats going on..

I need this to be approved or reasons why this was declined after been approved

Please help me
