I applied for a loan from nedbank last month and was declined because i had a one account from fnb, i was told to open another account, so i did so, once i had phone the call center they said that i had to wait until the salary appeared on the bank statement. This month i reapplied and was one again turned away, i have already had i loan from them and get quite a number of letters from them saying that i am a gold customer with nedbank
why was i approved but declined because a bank account and once i did what they wanted they decline me again
