Refusing to Reverse My Debit orde

I called customer service on Tuesday to reverse 2 Debit orders that I have not authorised to go off on my account and did a stop order for them not to go through, to my surprise the debit orders went off on my account on the 23 Jan again after paying 40 rand's each last month to stop these debit order, then i get told by a rude agent that they cannot reverse as they not allowed to revere African bank any more with an attitude and then she tells me that do i know how the stop order works, and explained to me something that was never explained to me when i called last month in December . the girl was not very helpful and never gave me her name and the call was cut by her when i asked her why was i not told of this before its not my fault as a customer, im very unhappy about the service and will be closing my account with Nedban
