I am utterly disgusted by the behaviour I have received from Santam, till today my matter has not been resolved..I have claimed as a 3rd party, its almost a month and I have not been attended to professionally, all you do is keep telling me that there are procedures to be followed, I'm wasting a lot of money, calling driving around... which I would like to be compensated for... I need my car fixed ASAP!
