I was involved in a car accident on the 14th of February 2013. I called Santam Insurance immediately to lay a claim. I took my car to the nearest assesor which Santam referered to me, Sanrose Auto Body Shop in Midrand. I did everything in one day to eliminate any delays when it comes to bookings my vehicle for repairs.

I then received a call with a booking for the 18th of April. I refused the date which was allocated to me as it was just too long for me to wait. I then followed up with my claim and asked that Santam to try the Car Lab in Garsfontein as I have used it before and they rendered a good service.

Unfortunately till to this day I have not received any feedback, if I don't call them (Santam), they do never call. It is close to 2 months and I am still driving a damaged car. I'm very unhappy with Santam's service and looking for another car insurance...
