Santam does not want to pay for third party

I was involved in an accident with a scooter, my broker lodged a claim with santam.they paid for the repairs of my car but they refuse to pay for third party.my problem is that i have a full comprehensive cover with santam where im paying 807.00 monthly but now I have to pop out 12000 out of my own pocket to cover third party damages becouse they say im the one who coused the accident. Please help me
