On the 6th of December I was in a collision with one of Santam's clients. As the incident was their clients fault, Santam was liable for the damage. After a month of fighting and hundreds of rands of airtime spent trying to contact Santam and get a payout for my vehicle, I had no luck and wrote a complaint on Hellopeter. This is now my second complaint on Hellopeter. Rozannah Singh sent me a settlement offer which I can do nothing with, that's why I won't accept it. I sent her 2 emails yesterday and no response. This is indeed a matter of urgency as the vehicle is a private and company vehicle. I have now missed out on 2 months of business. I still have fixed costs and monthly bills to pay. I feel like Santam has a very inefficient system and is somewhat unable to do their job as an insurance company.
